Conduent is hiring a remote Senior Java Developer (FHIR) – Interoperability to design and operate payer-centric FHIR R4/R5 platforms. The role builds secure, scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices, FHIR APIs, Kafka event streams, and Azure cloud infrastructure; maps healthcare data; implements OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SMART on FHIR, and HIPAA controls; and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least five years of Java experience, three years of FHIR experience, and experience with HAPI FHIR, Azure, Kafka, MongoDB, and cloud-native microservices.
