Miratech is hiring a Senior Java Developer to develop and maintain customized software for a large European public-sector technology service provider. The role focuses on a complex tax administration system covering tax declarations, calculations, assessments, and integrations with multiple external systems. Responsibilities include implementing software components, system integration and testing, troubleshooting, unit testing, project estimation, stakeholder communication, incident triage, and CI/CD optimization. The technology stack includes Java, Spring, Quarkus, Angular, PostgreSQL, Kafka, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tools. The position requires at least six years of Java development experience, strong Spring and Quarkus experience, microservices and container knowledge, database and integration experience, English communication skills, and collaboration ability; Angular, German, or Swiss German experience is a plus.
