The position involves architecting microservices and RESTful APIs, optimizing application performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates need 8–12 years of Java development experience, expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Golang, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, and CI/CD, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
