Tecsys is hiring a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support high-performance Java applications in an Agile environment. The role owns complex technical problems from analysis through production, shapes architecture, reviews code, mentors developers, manages technical debt, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent experience, 5–7+ years of backend Java experience, and expertise in JUnit, relational databases, REST services, API architecture, automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools.
