Description
SuranceBay is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to design and build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and end-to-end features for enterprise insurance SaaS products. The role involves integrating external systems, automating regulatory workflows, collaborating with frontend engineers and non-technical stakeholders, modernizing legacy systems, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. The position requires 6+ years of backend software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring Boot proficiency, relational database expertise, and familiarity with Docker and CI/CD; Go, TypeScript, Angular, Redis, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and AI/LLM technologies are preferred. The work model is hybrid in Kraków.
