Citi is hiring a Senior Java Developer to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities, manage one or more application development teams, and provide technical oversight across enterprise systems. The role involves hands-on Java development, solution review, release management, stakeholder and people management, project delivery, compliance, and risk oversight. Candidates need 10–12 years of financial-services experience, enterprise transaction-system experience, payment-integration exposure, and leadership and project-management skills; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred. The position is full time and hybrid.
