Citi is hiring a Senior Java Application Developer for its Equities Cash Order Management System team. The role develops, tests, deploys, and supports trading functionality across the full software development lifecycle, while collaborating with trading desks, product, QA, production support, regulatory, compliance, and audit teams. Responsibilities include resolving complex trading problems, improving application performance, addressing technical hygiene and security, implementing automated integration testing, advising developers, and providing second-line support. The position requires 8+ years of relevant experience, core Java expertise, front-office trading application experience, familiarity with cloud and container technologies, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
