Business Changers is hiring a Java Developer to independently implement software modules, design architectures and prototypes, develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices, optimize application performance and scalability, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with DevOps, and mentor junior developers. The role requires at least five years of Java development experience, strong Spring Boot and Hibernate expertise, microservices and RESTful API experience, SQL and relational database knowledge, familiarity with JBoss and Docker, CI/CD experience, and fluent Italian with English proficiency.
