The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level technology role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering backend services and applications for wealth lending platforms. The position leads and mentors Java developers, owns architecture and delivery decisions, and develops microservices, RESTful APIs, data access layers, business logic, and performance-optimized systems. It requires extensive Java and Spring experience, strong database and messaging expertise, security knowledge, AI-assisted development familiarity, and the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
