Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Senior Manager to lead one or more applications development teams and drive the analysis, programming, implementation, and maintenance of core application systems. The role combines senior technical oversight of Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, relational databases, DevOps, and emerging AI tools with people management, project management, budget oversight, risk assessment, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires 12–15 years of relevant financial-services experience, prior applications development management and senior-level experience, and a bachelor’s degree.
