Description
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and coordinating with management and the Technology team. The role includes advising and coaching mid-level developers and analysts, managing project risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. It requires 12–15 years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, strong Java, Spring, RESTful API, relational database, DevOps, and AI tool expertise, and a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree preferred.
