The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, architectural oversight, complex integrations, microservices, Kafka, Java Spark, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need at least six years of enterprise application experience, a demonstrated senior Java or applications development leadership role, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The salary range is $120,800 to $170,800.
