Description
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and coordinating with management and the Technology team. The role advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project risks, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, policies, and ethical standards. It requires 12–15 years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, strong Java, Spring, RESTful API, relational database, DevOps, and AI tool expertise, and a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree preferred.
