Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead applications systems analysis and programming for the Prime Brokerage platform. The role owns core Java/Kotlin components, provides technical leadership to an agile team, guides SDLC and DevOps practices, leads architecture and project planning, translates business requirements into technical specifications, manages documentation and risks, and oversees production support and system performance. The position requires Java and test-driven development, with Kotlin and cloud, messaging, database, observability, and project-management experience advantageous. It offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary of 268,390.00–457,010.00 PLN.
