Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead applications systems analysis and programming for the Prime Brokerage platform. The role owns core Java/Kotlin components, provides technical leadership to an agile team, leads architecture and project planning, translates business requirements into technical specifications, manages documentation and production support, and improves system performance, scalability, and reliability. The position is based in Citi Solutions Center Poland with a hybrid model of up to two days working from home per week and a base salary of zł268,390.00–zł457,010.00.
