Accso is hiring an AI-native Java Software Engineer to work on consulting and software development projects for large German customers. The role involves designing and implementing enterprise Java applications using AI agents, LLMs, code generation, test automation, and agentic development methods; building project environments; validating AI-generated code; mentoring team members; and contributing to methodology development. The position requires at least eight years of Java ecosystem experience, strong software architecture knowledge, cloud and DevOps experience, and familiarity with APIs, testing, databases, and messaging systems.
