Description
The Senior Java Engineer will own the core commerce and account management platform supporting a US game portfolio, including PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Steam. The role leads modernization, security, performance, database and cloud migrations, SSO integrations, API integrations, backend logic, and frontend implementation using FreeMarker and Spring Web Flow. It requires deep Java expertise, Spring and Apache Struts experience, MSSQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, Kubernetes, Maven, ActiveMQ, OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, payment gateway or e-commerce experience, and legacy monolith migration experience. The engineer will work autonomously in their time zone and collaborate remotely with US-based leadership.
