Description

Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead the technical design, architecture, development, and modernization of the Onboarding Master Central platform. The role coordinates with the Technology team, guides developers, mentors junior staff, leads high-impact projects, and ensures scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Required qualifications include 8+ years of Java development experience, microservices and REST API development, ReactJS and front-end technologies, real-time messaging, database technologies, and strong software fundamentals. The position offers a full-time salary range of $120,800 to $170,800.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including Spring and real-time messaging
Experience developing and maintaining scalable real-time microservices and RESTful APIs
Experience with real-time messaging middleware
Hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies
Experience managing and implementing successful projects
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with in-memory datastore or cache libraries
Exposure to Kotlin
Experience with system performance tuning and low-latency Java programming
