Citi is hiring a senior full-stack software engineer to lead technology standards, strategic technical initiatives, and the IT roadmap for assigned technology areas. The role involves architecting and building scalable microservices, mentoring engineers, conducting performance and security reviews, making complex architectural decisions, and collaborating with senior technical leaders and external parties. Candidates need 11+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including significant lead or architect experience, with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, microservices, cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, databases, and testing. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
