The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level technology role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering backend services and applications for wealth lending platforms. The position leads and mentors Java developers, owns technical architecture and delivery, and develops microservices, RESTful APIs, data access layers, business logic, and secure, scalable systems. It requires extensive Java and Spring experience, database and messaging expertise, AI-assisted development knowledge, and the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
