The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time role responsible for feasibility studies, application systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support. The position requires substantial Openlink development experience, including Java/JVS/OC, OpenComponent, Oracle PL/SQL, systems analysis, project implementation, and consulting techniques, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The role operates with limited direct supervision and serves as a subject-matter expert to senior stakeholders and other team members.
