Description
KAYAK is hiring a backend software engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex backend features, including scoping, development, deployment, production support, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, on-call troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction. The role requires production backend experience, Java or a comparable backend language, distributed-systems and service-integration experience, strong communication, and English proficiency. Compensation is 3,330–6,660 EUR gross monthly plus bonuses and RSUs, with benefits including health insurance and flexible work arrangements.
