The role owns complex technical initiatives from architecture through production, contributes to cloud-native AWS systems, mentors engineers, and improves testing, CI/CD, and engineering practices. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, strong Java expertise, and experience with distributed systems; AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and microservices experience is advantageous. The role is fully office-based.
