The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with management and technology teams, defining system enhancements, resolving complex business and system issues, and advising mid-level developers and analysts. The role requires extensive applications development and systems analysis experience, strong Java, Spring, microservices, Kafka, containerization, PL/SQL, and Agile expertise, along with project management, leadership, and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
