The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time technology role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting application systems. The position coordinates with the Technology team, advises senior stakeholders, coaches junior analysts, and applies independent judgment while managing risk and compliance. Recommended qualifications include 8–12 years of relevant experience, 5+ years of Java application development, 5+ years of SQL, experience with Apache Spark, Hive, or Kafka, Agile methodology, systems analysis, project implementation, and consulting or project management techniques; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also required.
