Tilencia is seeking a Senior Java Technical-Functional Consultant / Information Systems Project Management Assistance (AMOA SI) to support a major information systems transformation program for a leading social protection organization. The role combines maintenance of existing applications with transformation projects, including business requirement analysis, functional specification, incident analysis, user support, stakeholder coordination, and participation through design and production deployment. The consultant will also produce functional design documents, workshop minutes, deployment files, documentation, and activity reports. The position requires at least 10 years of experience, a strong Java and complex information systems background, and familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum/Kanban. It is based in Esvres-sur-Indre in the Tours area, starts January 4, 2027, and lasts 12 months with a possible extension to 24 months.
