Citi is hiring a Senior Java Developer to own the modernization of business-critical Credit Risk and Capital Markets platforms. The role leads architecture and re-engineering of monolithic systems into resilient, cloud-native microservices; supports low-latency, highly available systems; mentors engineers; and evaluates emerging technologies. It requires at least six years of application or systems analysis experience, deep Core Java expertise, microservices and containerization experience, distributed systems knowledge, database experience, and Capital Markets domain knowledge. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days and two remote days, and pays $120,800 to $170,800 annually.
