LSEG is hiring a Senior Java Developer to maintain existing backend order management applications and contribute to the development of a next-generation trading platform. The role involves designing, developing, optimizing, testing, and refactoring scalable Java software while collaborating with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams. Candidates need financial trading-system experience, strong Java and system-architecture knowledge, distributed-system and low-latency expertise, and more than five years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor. The position offers a base salary of $100,200 to $167,000 plus an annual incentive plan and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness options.
