Description
The Senior Knowledge Manager (Requirements Analysis) supports analytic production across the Intelligence Community by aligning people, processes, technologies, and information-sharing capabilities. The role develops and validates requirements, logical data models, use cases, and information-system specifications; improves knowledge-management workflows; distributes intelligence products; and reviews analytic products for coherence, tradecraft standards, and evidentiary support. It requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least eight years of relevant experience, including experience within the last two years.
