Organon is hiring one Senior Technician, Quality to perform complex routine and non-routine analytical testing of pharmaceutical materials, review and approve analytical results, prepare protocols and reports, investigate deviations, maintain GMP documentation, support release and stability testing, train laboratory personnel, and respond to audits. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related field, strong communication and instructional skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and at least three years of relevant experience.
