Description
The Laboratory Manager oversees sample processing, routine and quality-control testing, analytical reporting, method validation, instrument and equipment control, and the laboratory’s ISO 17025 and SANAS quality system. The role manages staff development, training, workload distribution, customer liaison, quotations, and corrective actions, while requiring a tertiary qualification, English and Afrikaans proficiency, at least three years of relevant laboratory experience, and computer literacy.
