Description
The role leads complex EMC testing projects from planning through reporting, develops test plans, analyzes results, prepares technical reports, and serves as a technical expert on EMC standards, testing methodologies, and laboratory operations. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining advanced EMC test equipment, communicating with customers, mentoring junior laboratory personnel, driving process improvements and automation, and supporting safety, security, and quality requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, engineering technology, or a related discipline and typically 8+ years of experience in EMC testing, laboratory operations, or a related engineering field.
