EXP is hiring a full-time Senior Land Development Drafter in Calgary, Alberta. The role reviews drawing packages for compliance with City of Calgary and company standards, guides junior drafters, supports onboarding, and produces roadway, utility, residential, water, sanitary, storm, grading, and earthwork drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Candidates need a Civil Engineering Technology diploma, at least 8 years of land development drafting experience, AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license with vehicle access.
