Description
The role leads direct negotiations with landowners, land agents, and land aggregators for utility-scale ground-mount and floating solar projects above 15MW in Peninsular Malaysia. It manages a portfolio of 5–8 active parcels through initial contact to signed heads of terms or option agreements, maintains pipeline records, coordinates technical feasibility and land formalities, verifies land documents, supports regulatory and legal processes, manages community and landowner concerns, and reports pipeline status to the Project Manager. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
