Description
The Real Estate Development Manager will oversee the development of raw land into industrial or commercial properties, manage construction budgets and schedules, coordinate with engineers, contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders, analyze leasing and land opportunities, and prepare recommendations for property transactions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of industrial or commercial property development experience, and the ability to work primarily in an office in Laredo, Texas, with travel to development sites and governmental offices.
