Description
NexGen Land Solutions is hiring a Senior Land Surveyor to sign off on boundary, mortgage, topographic, and construction surveys; review and quality-assure deliverables; communicate with title agents, attorneys, engineers, and developers; ensure compliance with Florida survey law; and mentor Surveyors in Training and junior drafters. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, and can be performed remotely, hybrid, or in-office in Orlando, Florida. An active Florida Professional Land Surveyor license and experience across boundary, mortgage, and topographic work are required.
