The Lawyer will provide legal support to Claranet by drafting and reviewing contracts, managing litigation, advising senior management and company departments, monitoring legislative changes, coordinating with compliance and governance teams, preparing legal documents, managing external law firms, implementing legal risk mitigation strategies, conducting internal legal training, and reporting on legal and regulatory matters.
