Description
The role provides strategic legal advice and counsel to clients, negotiates and resolves conflicts, reviews complex contracts and legal opinions, represents clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, develops legal strategies, guides the legal team, and manages significant legal risks. Responsibilities include overseeing judicial and administrative case portfolios, preparing court filings and reports, drafting legal instruments, assessing risks, and recommending legal alternatives. The position requires a law degree with active OAB registration, at least six months of general legal practice experience, and expertise in civil, contract, business, and civil procedure law.
