Save the Children International is hiring a Senior Lead, AI, Digital and Data Capacity Development to set the global strategy and governance for AI, digital, and data adoption; lead enterprise-wide AI capability development; oversee training and culture-change initiatives; establish responsible-AI standards; and build senior stakeholder relationships across functions and country leadership. The role is permanent, hybrid or remote, based at an approved Save the Children International office, and requires applied generative-AI knowledge, senior strategic leadership, stakeholder influence, data proficiency, and change-management expertise.
