The Lead Associate - Back End Engineer is a hands-on senior engineering role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality .NET applications and services across a consulting and technology estate. The role covers C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs, domain modelling, SQL Server, Azure, containerised and event-driven components, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, secure coding, and cross-functional collaboration. It also includes mentoring junior and mid-level developers, contributing to engineering standards, and supporting recruitment and onboarding. The role requires 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent delivery experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong hands-on proficiency in modern .NET back-end development.
