Moss is hiring a senior/lead Data & AI Engineer to own end-to-end LLM and machine learning initiatives for its finance AI platform. The role covers LLM/ML pipelines, evaluation, monitoring, production deployment, and iteration for applications such as invoice understanding, approval matching, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and user assistance. Candidates need 5–10+ years of applied machine learning experience, hands-on production LLM and agent experience, strong Python and ML-stack skills, and the ability to independently own projects from ideation through adoption.
