WSP is hiring a Senior Lead Electrical Engineering Manager to work out of Boise, Idaho; Virginia Beach, Virginia; or Huntsville, Alabama. The role leads electrical design and construction management for federal power programs, coordinating and approving plans, overseeing cross-functional engineering teams, managing budgets and schedules, preparing technical reports, and supporting client relationships. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field, at least 15 years of relevant post-education experience, a professional engineering license, U.S. citizenship, and experience with alternative delivery and DOD electrical design projects. The expected salary is $168,900 to $232,000.
