ABB is hiring a hybrid Lead Engineer for its Mining & Materials Plant Automation team in Switzerland. The role leads engineering activities and technical solutions for large-scale process automation projects, coordinates in-house and outsourced engineering disciplines, supports commissioning and start-up, and provides technical and cost information for sales proposals. Candidates need extensive experience with ABB 800xA or comparable large-scale process automation, IEC 61850, industrial networks, fieldbus protocols, cybersecurity, and power and energy management systems, along with a relevant engineering degree and English communication skills.
