Description
The Senior UKG Technical Consultant serves as the technical subject matter expert for UKG HR technology, translating business requirements into secure and scalable solutions. The role covers UKG configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, releases, production support, and platform governance, while partnering with HR, payroll, IT, security, business stakeholders, UKG, and implementation vendors. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least 8 years of experience in HR technology or related areas, and 5+ years of hands-on UKG experience.
