Aplazo is hiring a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product features across backend services and mobile applications for its BNPL fintech platform serving millions of users in Mexico. The role involves designing APIs and databases, contributing to architecture, conducting code reviews, resolving production incidents, using AI tools, and supporting engineering growth. The primary stack is Java/Spring with Flutter/Dart for mobile, while Python, Go, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, GraphQL, and DataDog are also relevant. The position is remote and requires fluent Spanish and working English.
