The role oversees global network infrastructure, multi-cloud environments, endpoint lifecycle management, SaaS administration, identity and access management, security controls, compliance, service delivery, and IT procurement. It requires 7–10 years of progressive IT operations, infrastructure, or security experience, including at least 3 years in people management or team leadership, along with strong technical, project management, communication, and vendor-management skills.
