The role combines hands-on administration and operational improvement with strategic planning, modernization, automation, governance, and leadership of IT Systems & Operations employees. It requires several years of IT systems administration experience, strong Microsoft and VMware knowledge, networking and security expertise, and the ability to lead technical decisions and develop sustainable solutions.
