Description
The employer is seeking a Senior/Lead Siebel Developer to define, architect, develop, implement, support, and maintain Siebel CRM environments and related web applications. The role provides technical leadership, makes independent design decisions, guides implementation, and reports to an IT Manager while functioning as an individual contributor. Responsibilities include Siebel configuration and customization, business logic development, enterprise integrations, SQL and PL/SQL optimization, and Tier 3 troubleshooting. The position requires 7+ years of Siebel CRM development and configuration experience and is a contract-to-hire role requiring 2–3 days onsite in Piscataway, New Jersey.
