Description
Globe is hiring a Senior/Lead Software Development Engineer to lead the design and evolution of high-performance distributed cloud applications, partner with product leaders on technical roadmaps, establish code quality and security standards, oversee CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, optimize Docker and Kubernetes, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. The role requires at least six years of professional software engineering experience, expertise in Node.js, Java, or TypeScript, deep AWS or Google Cloud knowledge, and experience with microservices, distributed systems, observability, and Infrastructure as Code. The position follows a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two work-from-home days.
