Description
Staffworxs is hiring five mid-level and five senior-level Software Engineers for a long-term contract in Rockville, Maryland, with onsite work. The role develops and maintains applications that ingest multiple data sources, surface insights through correlation and analysis, and provide technical leadership and mentorship. Responsibilities include software architecture, performance optimization, production troubleshooting, AI-assisted development, cross-team collaboration, and support for data pipelines, databases, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least seven years of related experience, strong Java, Python, and/or Node.js skills, and extensive experience with Big Data, ETL/ELT, AWS, databases, and software security. Preferred skills include QuickSight, React or Angular, GitLab CI/CD, and AI development tools.
